Another album, Europe 2024-2025, news, etc!

Greeting from Lisboa (Lisbon), Portugal!
We are over in Portugal and Italy playing some shows, booking the spring tour, summer tour, fall tour, etc.

We’ve got a new album to release, but this time we are doing it slowly, with a single a month on Spotify and so forth. Weird, but that’s how things are these days. Right now, we are still waiting on the album cover artwork.

The album is a collaboration with exceptional guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Jeff Fielder (Mark Lanegan of Queens of the Stone Age and Kurt Cobain, Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses, Indigo Girls, Bo Didley, etc), and long time high demand drummer, Jeff Gall. The album was mixed by Grammy nominated Matt Bayles (Mastodon, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains), and mastered by Ed Brooks (REM, Fleet Foxes, Death Cab for Cutie, Pearl Jam, The Head and the Heart). We think it turned out great, so we are excited to birth it to the world!

Mike Spine & Barbara Luna Fall/Winter/Spring Tour Dates, News, Etc.

Barbara Luna and I are out on the road again in support of the Forage & Glean double album anthology (available in hard copy here and on most download and streaming platforms). We’ll be touring in the USA until the spring of 2019, then we will be touring in Europe again, then again in the US. Thanks to all those who supported us on the spring Europe tour! It was great to be back playing music in Switzerland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Poland. We look forward to the next EU tour!

The big news is for now is the global release of the 32 track, double album anthology, Forage & Glean, Volumes I & II, to be released on July 6, 2018. Forage & Glean is being distributed throughout the US through a partner in Los Angeles and throughout Europe and the UK via a Swedish distributor. It’s is already getting great press and radio airplay in the US and Europe:

Spring 2018: Europe Tour, Forage & Glean Release USA, EU, etc.

SPRING 2018 EUROPE TOUR, FORAGE & GLEAN ANTHOLOGY RELEASE, ETC:

“Don’t Let It Bring You Down” was picked up this winter by a Swedish distributor and has been officially released in Europe. It has been receiving great reviews and radio airplay in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Ireland, Slovenia, etc.

On June 1, 2018, “Forage & Glean, Volumes I & II”, a double album anthology of the best songs and recordings from the last twenty years will be officially released throughout Europe and the USA. Early reception of the album is going very well and we will be announcing song premiers off the album soon.

In preparation for this, we are headed on tour in Europe starting on March 23 and we will be performing and touring in the US in the summer and fall of 2018.
